All Abilities Playground at Kerr Park

This playground is FABULOUS! It is large, safe, and fenced in...what more can you ask for? There always seems to be swings free when I need them and I can usually find a bench in the shade as well. There is no blacktop, only soft rubber which is great for little ones just learning to walk!

There are also great walking trails right in the park. If I am feeling like chasing the tykes around the playground is not enough exercise (and usually it is;) I can go for a nice walk!

Overall rating: I LOVE this playground! It is simple and fun! Can't say enough about it!!

Lloyd Ave Doggy Park and Playground

This place is awesome for the entire family (including Fido!) I took my dog and daughter there and it was SOO nice to have a fenced in area where they could both roam free! There are 2 spots where dogs and children can go in the stream. We didn't play in the stream since playing with a one year old and a dog by myself can be a little much to handle but it did look fantastic!

Right next to the fenced in area is a fantastic playground and swings for children of all ages. There is also a small picnic gazeebo where you could have a nice lunch (it probably only fits 10 or so) If there is already people in there, you could picnic is some of the shady areas under a tree.

PS> It's hard to see in the picture but there's a huge pretend spider web built into the playground which is great for big kids!
